Good Converter, but w/ serious voice delay problem!

Yes, It is easy and good for use product even the others I have seen before.
However, I found there are 50% converted files presents voice and video doesn’t match issues! I wondering if I need to purchase a pay version might solve the issue or not?
I am looking forward the good explanation on this problem.
